The article discusses the new features added to the dashboard access definitions of fleet management software. The article explains the changes made to the side menu bar of the software, where operators have been renamed to personnel due to the increasing use of operator blue tags for fleet drivers. The definitions tab now includes assets, asset groups, personnel, and personnel groups. The asset page now has a new item named unassigned assets, which shows a list of vehicles that are not assigned to any group. The Fuel Eye module offers three types of reports: transactions, detailed fleet intake, and summary fleet intake. Users can select the desired report and adjust the parameters as needed. The group selection is not required for generating a transaction report. Once the parameters are set, users can proceed to generate the report, which can be downloaded as an Excel sheet. When generating a fleet intake report, users should only use one of the drop-downs to select the desired vehicle, either by asset code or license plate number, and not both.
