Fuel-EYE is the only bi-directional fuel control system

Gatex FCS 2.0 series of Fuel-EYE utilizes a single flow meter for both IN and OUT transactions. This only flow meter appears with two distinct Meter IDs on the reports as if you have installed two flow meters on the site, one to receive the fuel and the other for the supply.

Operators can simply choose IN to receive fuel in order to fill the tanker or OUT to supply fuel and fill the customer’s fleet. FCS 2.0 controls the valves automatically without human intervention.

FCS 2.0 is a response to our valued customers’ needs in various fuel distribution sectors like construction companies and fuel suppliers where daily reconciliation of their tanker deliveries is a daunting task.

FCS 2.0 logs IN and OUT and opening/closing balances of the day automatically without the need for an additional flow meter and eliminates operator-controlled manual valves to avoid human dependency delays and mistakes.

Fuel-EYE offers five levels of authentication

Upon vehicle authentication, operator will be asked to enter the current odometer or engine hours of the vehicle depending on the receiving vehicle type. This value is further used for consumption reports and fuel efficiency calculations.
Two additional authentication steps are available for the fuel supplier that can be optionally enabled in the settings of the machine:
The Area Code and Project Number which are used by the reporting engine to calculate the fuel expenses of each of your projects for you.

GateX wireless Nozzle Reader, the latest addition to our line of innovative IoT solutions,  is designed to help fuel retailers and fleet managers prevent fuel theft at the refilling points of their fleet of vehicles, machinery and Gensets.

Fuel-EYE is an embedded computer which runs on Linux and has its own internal SQL database. It doesn’t need a cloud connection to operate. If out of coverage, it continues fueling and storing the transactions in its internal memory without limits; and once back in the network, uploads the stored transactions to Gatex cloud and synchronizes fleet details.

FCS RP | For Receive Line

Install the FCS-RP to monitor your purchased fuel quantities. This affordable, yet featured fuel controller authenticates your operator and the supplier by RFID key-fobs and initiates the fuel pumping into the stationary tanks in your yard.

Use the blue tags for your fuel issuers and distribute the yellow tags between your fuel suppliers to capture their names on each purchase transaction.

RP comes with a small digital display to help fuel issuers with on-screen instructions and show the volume in real-time during the receiving process.

Upon completion of receiving, the transaction is transmitted to the cloud and a copy of that is saved in the internal database of the machine.
